DATA PRIVACY DECLARATION

We hereby declare and confirm the following with respect to the personal/data processing activity carried out by us:

Purpose of Use:The data collected/accessed is used strictly and solely for Machine Learning (ML) model development, training, testing, and evaluation purposes.
No Data Transfer:We confirm that no personal data is transferred, shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party, external server, or offshore/cross-border location, in any form.
Local Processing Only:All data processing, model training, and evaluation/extraction activities are performed entirely on our local, in-house infrastructure/machine(s), and the data does not leave our organizational premises or internal systems at any stage.
No External Storage/Cloud Upload:The data is not uploaded to, stored on, or processed through any external cloud service, API, or third-party platform.
Data Minimization & Purpose Limitation:The data is used only to the extent necessary for the stated ML purpose, in line with the principles of purpose limitation and data minimization under the DPDP Act, 2023.
Compliance Undertaking:We undertake to comply with all applicable provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including but not limited to data security safeguards, and will not use the data for any purpose other than what is declared above.
